Offering Polarity Therapy Sessions at Health Touch NC

​My name is Scott Ashwell, and I’m a student of Polarity Therapy — a gentle, energy-based bodywork practice that supports nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and emotional well-being. I’m currently completing my certification as a Registered Polarity Practitioner at Tree of Life Center in Efland.

As part of my training, I’m offering a limited number of free sessions — either as a 3- or 10-session arc (75–90 minutes each) — in exchange for honest feedback using a provided questionnaire. Donations are accepted, but not required. This helps me fulfill my practicum requirements while offering supportive, holistic care to those curious about somatic and energy-based work.

I’m reaching out to ask if you or anyone on your team might be open to receiving this work — or if you’d be willing to share the opportunity with your community, friends, or clients. I moved to this area from Asheville after the hurricane last October and am eager to build meaningful relationships locally. I’d love to be a resource for the community.

I will be offering sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays at Health Touch NC located at: 3500 Westgate Drive, Suite 504, Durham, NC 27707. I can also offer sessions at my healing space south of Efland on 11 acres of restorative natural land if that is preferable.
