Thermal changes are often the earliest sign of vascular disease, immune dysfunction, diabetes, and thyroid dysfunction. It is also the earliest indication of systemic inflammation, a precursor to many diseases—including cancer.

Breast thermography is a 15 minute non-invasive test for alerting your doctor to changes that offers the opportunity of earlier detection of breast disease than has been possible through breast self examination, doctor examination or mammography alone. (Beacon Thermography)

Trigger Point Therapy: Triggerpoints are painful nodules located in muscles or tendons. They often refer pain to other parts of the body and can limit movement and range of motion. Sciatica, tennis elbow and headaches are often caused by triggerpoints. Injuries, improper posture and overuse syndromes and stress cause trigger points to form in the musculature. Triggerpoints are gradually released using deep pressure, movement and energy balancing. (Judith Brooks, Joanne Dahill, Moksha Kolman, Marie Lloyd, Sheryl Mika,John Truax)

Women’s Circles (The Grandmother Tree): The Circle of Wisdom, The Circle of Honor, The Circle of Power. Meet with a circle of women who are traveling through life and learning how to navigate the times of challenge and create effortless effort? The January focus will be The Initiate (to begin on a new path). There will be opportunities to journal/share about what life is teaching us and how we came to be where we are. By telling our stories we will learn from and support each other on our life paths. Creating a safe sharing environment, using ritual and participating in creative exercises to deepen our thinking/intuiting skills will support our lives as we move forward. Together we will create a rich & meaningful experience. This group will meet 4 times during the year (January (The Initiate), April (The Seeker), August (The Sojourner), & October (The Creatrix). Limited to 8 committed participants. Once this circle is formed it is closed to other participants. Other Women’s Circles may be offered throughout the year. (Judith Winston)
