(Jennifer Norton)

Many conditions improve with regular treatments which include bodywork, acu-yoga and dietary awareness. (Moksha Kolman)
Acupuncture: Originating in China 3,000 years ago, acupuncture is a system of healing based on balancing the body’s life force energy known as Qi. Qi flows along channels throughout the body, similar to the nervous and circulatory systems. An imbalance in the body’s energy may result in distress signals in the form of symptoms, physical, emotional or mental. An acupuncturist is trained to evaluate the underlying cause of a client’s problems or symptoms. Treating the person’s basic constitution as well as alleviating the symptoms is part of the treatment plan. Using thin, sterile, disposable needles, the acupuncturist inserts the needles along specific points of the meridian pathways to help balance and unblock the Qi. (Judith Brooks, Lilan Hsiang-Weiss, Karen Momenee)

Advanced Inner Development: This program nurtures an understanding of who you are and encourages you along your spiritual path by exploring the quality of your spiritual development and your spiritual goals, and core issues. We will assess your spiritual goals and spiritual development together. Through an astrological reading you will discover your life's true purpose and by looking at your chakra development, you will find ways to improve your character and work through your core issues.  By facilitating powerful opportunities for growth and healing, you will learn how to transform personal issues and meet your spiritual goals. (Barbara-Lynn Freed)

Chakra Healing: Chakra Healing repairs damaged layers of chakras, restores their clockwise spin, and reawakens your chakra's vitality. Whenever we have a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual trauma in our lives, a corresponding layer(s) of one or more chakras can be damaged. Normally spinning clockwise, these layers gradually slow down and eventually, if not healed, will spin counterclockwise. Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Classes: WRAP is a self-management and recovery system designed by people who were experiencing mental health difficulties and who were struggling to incorporate wellness tools and strategies in to their lives. The WRAP is a structured system to monitor and reduce uncomfortable feelings and behaviors through planned responses, reducing or eliminating them. WRAP classes are for anyone who wants to create positive change in the way they feel and to increase enjoyment of their lives. WRAP is for anything from deep sadness, arthritis, hearing voices, anxiety, diabetes to “burn-out”. WRAP is a self-help wellness planning tool that puts you in the driver's seat of your wellness and life. (Shannon E. Morrow)
Writers Workshop: Have you always wanted to write?  This month-long workshop was designed especially for the creative writing novice.  In a small-group format, through a variety of short exercises, you’ll find the courage to engage the blank page.  You’ll hear and liberate your writer’s voice.  You’ll develop your imagination in the same way that a muscle is strengthened through exercise.  You’ll start with a new, empty notebook and end with a prized collection of personal writing.
