Anne Kennedy

 

 

Anne knew from the age of five that she wanted to be a nurse after her younger brother, Chipper, was born with Down’ Syndrome. Unable to communicate with words, Chipper taught Anne how to listen with her heart. She learned to communicate with him through silence and the gift of touch. As a result, Anne was inspired to care for people of all ages. Meeting the individual needs of each client is Anne’s focus. She brings a total of 29 years’ experience as a licensed practical nurse to her practice.

Additionally, she is trained and certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner through the Colorado Center for Healing Touch International, and received her associate degree as a Polarity Therapy practitioner through the Tree of Life Polarity Center. Although Anne’s innate ability to facilitate healing in others is a sacred art, the recovery she promotes does not rest with her alone. It comes about as an interactional connection between her and the client. It is obvious as her work continues that she loves her practice and cares deeply for the well being of those she serves.
