Health Touch NC LLC (known as Health Touch) leases space to professional health care practitioners who care for the body, mind and spirit to improve the quality of life.  Health Touch NC LLC is not in partnership with any of the tenant health care practitioners leasing space at Health Touch.

General Information

When a practitioner leases space at Health Touch, they become known as a Referral Practitioner. Health Touch offers the Referral Practitioners an opportunity to work in a safe, professional environment with support  business amenities.  This is ideal for a newly licensed practitioner or a seasoned practitioner who has just moved into the Reserach Triangle area.  Space at Health Touch can be leased on an hourly, half-day, full day or yearly basis.  These various leasing options allow a practitioner to build his/her practice in a supportive environment based on their individual needs.

 

Health Touch NC LLC Weather Advisory Policy:

In case of weather that creates dangerous traveling conditions, please contact your Referral Practitioner for guidance regarding your appointment.

 

Pricing/Fees

Leases can be on an hourly, half-day, full-day or yearly basis.  Initial costs for leasing are a $50 set up fee and $35 per month website/

administrative fee. 

 

Leasing options are:

  1. Hourly for $10 per hour
  2. Half day for $35
  3. Full day for $60
  4. Yearly contract prices vary from $200 - $500 per month depending on size of the space.

 

Amenities for Referral Practitioners

Many amenities are available to Referral Practitioners at Health Touch.

 

Amenities include:

  1. A safe business environment that provides the administrative necessities, i.e., access to phone, fax, copy equipment, mailboxes, etc.
  2. a listing and description on the Referral Practitioners web page of the Health Touch website
  3. a listing and description of your services on the Modalities web page with links to your Referral Practitioners description
  4. use of the Health Touch administrative facility
  5. special prices to use the Community Center and/or session office
  6. your business card, brochure or other handouts displayed in the Health Touch reception area
  7. announcement of your practice sent out to the Health Touch email list (about 500 people)

 

Community Center Rental

 

 

Need a space to hold your class?  Health Touch has a beautiful Community Center available for YOUR events at Reasonable Rates.  Referral Practitioners pay $10/hour or $60/day.  All others pay $20/hour or $100/day.

Amenities include:

  1. a relaxing environment of over 850 square feet
  2. a listing of your event on the Events web page
  3. an efficiency kitchen
  4. sound system
  5. filtered water service
  6. TV with DVD player
  7. folding tables and chairs
  8. massage tables
  9. white boards and markers
  10. student cubicles
  11. handicap accessible
  12. restrooms

Office Space Rental

Health Touch has 2 office spaces specifically available for rent by the hour.

 

These are amazing opportunities and are perfect for practitioners who occasionally need a space to practice and are not looking for a large financial commitment!  They are beautiful, calming and well-maintained.  One is a conversational space and one is a bodywork space.

 

Cost is $10/hour per room for Health Touch Referral Practitioners and $15/hour per room for all others.

 

Amenities include:

  1. access to administrative equipment
  2. kitchen access
  3. restroom
  4. an opportunity to build your practice in a professional environment with other healing practitioners!

Educational Classes

Referral Practitioners offer a variety of educational programs (Reiki and Polarity Therapy) and Continuing Education (CE) workshops at Health Touch.  See the Holistic Education web page for more details about the classes.

Advertising

Anyone may submit advertising for inclusion on the Health Touch Ad-Venture Advertising web page. However, Health Touch retains the right to refuse any language that is incompatible with the Health Touch NC LLC image.

 

Advertising on the Health Touch Ad-Venture page includes:

  1. a website listing
  2. in-house postings
  3. mailings with updates to the Ad-Venture email list (about 500 people)

Terms and Conditions

 

Each practitioner sets their own terms and conditions.  Generally, sessions range from one to two hours. This may include the intake session, bodywork and session feedback. Be prepared to fill out a health history form at your first session.

 

Most practitioners require twenty-four hour notice to cancel an appointment. Speak with individual practitioners regarding session charges. Most practitioners will require clients to pay for an appointment that is not cancelled without twenty-four hour notice. Most practitioners require payment upon session completion. Please make your check payable to the individual practitioner.

 

Although these practitioners are located in the same office, they are separate businesses and are not in partnership with Health Touch NC LLC or with each other.
